I had assumed this was a complete case, but it is really like a skin in that the front of the PB is open. The stylus is really not well made and does not work well at all. If you want an inexpensive, open front case (i.e. a skin) this will do.

Stylus is nice bonus By An Ominous This case fits the PlayBook snugly and the back feels less sticky than the PlayBook's own back. Just to see how easy it would be to remove, I tried to do so. I found that a plastic spudger made it not too difficult. Overall I am happy with the case's look and feel. 

The stylus is nice for some purposes, like clicking on small areas of the screen. Note that the PB seems to respond to it slowly. For gestures like swiping, flicking, and of course pinching, I find fingers are much better. Overall I'm glad i have the stylus, but I may buy a better one with a pen built in. In terms of perfect fit I couldn't have been happier with my purchase. It's awesome. I bought some cases of these guys when I was in the UK on business and glad to see that they are now selling in the US.
