I had assumed this was a complete case, but it is really like a skin in that the front of the PB is open. The stylus is really not well made and does not work well at all. If you want an inexpensive, open front case (i.e. a skin) this will do.

Stylus is nice bonus By An Ominous This case fits the PlayBook snugly and the back feels less sticky than the PlayBook's own back. Just to see how easy it would be to remove, I tried to do so. I found that a plastic spudger made it not too difficult. Overall I am happy with the case's look and feel. 

The stylus is nice for some purposes, like clicking on small areas of the screen. Note that the PB seems to respond to it slowly. For gestures like swiping, flicking, and of course pinching, I find fingers are much better. Overall I'm glad i have the stylus, but I may buy a better one with a pen built in. In terms of perfect fit I couldn't have been happier with my purchase. It's awesome. I bought some cases of these guys when I was in the UK on business and glad to see that they are now selling in the US.

That means it can charge your iPad at the same rate as the native ipad charger, or it can charge your iPad and iPhone simultaneously, with your iPhone charging at full speed and your ipad charging very slowly. But you've only got 2A to work with, so if you plug in 4 devices, each had better have less than a 500mA requirement. 

That being said, it's a great device as it'll put the full 2A to a single port for quick iPad charges. Another great feature of this device, which isn't mentioned, is that the included interchangeable international power connectors plug into the device using the industry-standard two-prong connection usually used on notebook cords, which means you can use a two-prong notebook cord directly into the device for longer reach. A very clever design choice by lenmar, to be sure. All in all, love this device. It seems to be very sturdily constructed works perfectly for even very high (by usb standards) amperage devices, like the ipad, albeit with the caveat you need to keep in mind that 2A charging limit. It's one of very few devices that will actually put 2A out through a single USB port. Definitely recommended.

Great for travel 

By Christopher Day Fortunately, mobile devices are finally converging on the USB 5v power standard. Now, if only the world could agree on an electrical outlet standard. This well-made unit addresses both sides of the power adapter challenge. Don't think you'll ever need four USB power ports? At first that's what I thought, too. Now I am already traveling with THREE. The Lenmar adapter was a godsend on a recent trip overseas. It worked like a charm. One word of warning: When traveling, one often needs to charge everything overnight. Make sure you bring enough USB cables so all your gadgets can charge at once. The four USB ports are useless without cables.

Practical & Useful Device For Travel

a little cheap, protrudes a bit, but still small and works great

I've had better built car USB chargers and I really like those chargers that are nearly flush with your console, but this one still gets by. It doesn't protrude nearly as much as a 'standard' charger so points there. The blue LED is cool too, and not distracting or annoying by any stretch.

NOTE that if you're charging an iPhone, iPod or iPad (I have all three) the bottom slot won't charge iPad or iPod Touch 4th gen. The top slot will however charge all devices.

This means that if you have an iPhone (up to 4) or 3rd gen iPod, you can charge using either slot. But your iPad must go into the top slot. If I had two iPads this would be a problem, but I don't so it's not :) Just consider that before you buy. I have 3rd and 4th gen iPods for my kids so I just have to remember that one has to charge in the top slot if I want to charge both simultaniously. Or if I'm charging my iPad, it owns the top slot. Whatever. You'll figure it out. Just don't buy if you're charging 2 iPads or 2 iPod Touch 4th gens. That's it. Charges fast, I'm happy I bought.

Both ports now work

Several reviewers have said only one of the two slots will charge an iPad. It seems that the newer shipments will charge an iPad 2 in either port. I ordered one of these on April 12, 2011 (with RND Power Solutions lable), and as others have reported, only one port would charge the iPad2. Still, I liked it so much I decided to order a bunch more to give as gifts. The RND Power Solutions version is "No Longer Available" on the Amazon site. But Amazon is still fulfilling this one by XTG technology which looks identical, was available and I ordered a bunch. I tested them so I could tell my friends which slot to use with their iPads and to my surprise, the iPad2 charges on either port on the ones I've just received... so it must be a new version. I've been very satisified with it.

It does charge my iPad

The iPad indicates it is charging, which is good. I have not run it long enough to know if it is charging quickly, but it seems to work. Second port will charge my phone at the same time which is handy. Build quality is adequate.

Great Business Phone!

The Blackberry Torch is the best all-around business smartphone. It emails better than the iPhone 4 because of the traditional Blackberry qwerty keyboard and it files and sorts emails like Outlook. I can see all my email accounts on one screen and I can see my sent emails in the same screen. This was something the iPhone 4 required going to two separate screens to see. The HTC ARIA was even worse, had to go to each account and then switch from the inbox to sent folder. This was a pain since I have 4 email accounts.

Battery life on the Torch should get you through a full day, unless you are watching movies. For an average day, I talk for an hour or two, email 20 - 30 times, listen to an hour of music and search the web for about 30 mins. The HTC ARIA only lasted until 6pm.

Screen resolution is good but not as nice as the iPhone 4. The camera is pretty good and has custom settings.

One major flaw is the oversensitive screen lock button - can be a pain when using the phone horizontally - inadvertent screen lock sucks.

All in all, the Torch is a great phone.
