Product Description

This product is for Apple iPhone 4. Micro Solution's brand new HD AG (High-Definition Anti-Glare) protective film is the highest-quality matte film for Apple iPhone 4, and it is entirely made in Japan. It repels fingerprints, dust and dirt effectively, and keeps the surface dry. It works great on touch screens. It also minimized the glare on the screen. The size of the film is slightly smaller than iPhone 4's screen, to make it easier to apply. Our film is not thick, but it is hard enough to guard against most casual scratches.

Having been through a half dozen screen protectors for the iPhone 4, I've finally found one that: a) doesn't bubble/trap lint, b) is easy to apply, c) doesn't glare, d), isn't noticeable/doesn't change the iPhone 4 experience (and actually fits), and e) lasts. I cannot understand why this is so hard to get right, but if you're looking here, you've probably been burned before. The keys to the Pro Guard are simple: one large cloth to wipe stuff off, two big stickers to remove lint (don't know about you, but a trapped piece of lint drives me insane!), and large cardstock to massage away bubbles. Quick, painless, and works! Get this, put it on, and put your screen protector nightmares permanently to bed (until iPhone 5 hehe). If I could I would dock one quarter star for the relatively high price, but I gotta say that I would have saved a ton more money if I would have just ponied up for this in the first place.

Yes, it seems a bit steep in price, but I think its worth it. This is a very high quality screen protector -- noticeably thicker than those cheapos from ebay. It has 2 protectors, one for the front and one for the back. And let's face it. With an iphone 4, you need all the protection you can get! Oh, it also comes with a HUGE microfiber cloth about 6" x 4",which alone will set you back almost as much as this whole kit costs if you bought the cloth seperately. And it's a *real* microfiber cloth, not one of those fake, crappy ones that you get with the crapy ebay screen protectors. Well worth the money!

Those are messy, I worry about liquid getting inside the device, and who can really leave their phone off for 12-24 hours while the adhesive dries??

Applying these things always makes me nervous, since if you mess up the first time you've probably ruined it altogether. Applying the back was easier than the front. On the front, about halfway through I realized that I wasn't centered, and had to backtrack...ever so carefully, and the second time around it went on just as it should. The home button, speaker, and front camera have openings which fit right up to them. I had 2 small bubbles that I couldn't push out next to the front camera, but after 3 days the bubbles went away on their own.

The instructions are all in Chinese, but there's a link to a site with English instructions and a youtube video showing how to properly apply it. The voice-over and captions for the video are in Chinese as well, but you don't really need to know what the guy is saying to figure it out.

I like the feel of the screen better than without any protection, it feels much smoother without any loss in touch sensitivity. No one I've shown it too can tell it's there until I point it out to them. Well worth the cost in my opinion.
